She specializes in facilitating communication among family members, succession planning, strategic planning, as well as leadership and board development. She serves family business clients across diverse industries. As a faculty member at the Schulich School of Business, York University, Kelly teaches strategic management, entrepreneurship and organization behavior. She has been the recipient of several teaching excellence awards over the last 10 years. As the author of Management and Organization Behavior, Kelly regularly speaks at conferences on management of organizational change, strategic leadership, policy and board development, as well other family business-related topics.
