It explains the cholesterol kinetics and modeling, the kinetics of high density lipoprotein metabolism in humans, and various techniques for the analysis and modeling of lipoprotein kinetic data such as KABIS (kinetic analysis by interactive simulation) and CONSAM (conversational version of the SAAM modeling program).
